As part of our fast track programme, there are opportunities to head and build a team, achieve management and ultimately acquire equity and to become a true part of the business, contributing to our, and thus your success. The hands-on training includes an intensive two weeks induction ensuring you get the best start to your recruitment career. We provide on-going training including the opportunity to go on external courses as a feature of our career development programme and regular catch ups on recruitment strategy.

As an employer, Noble Legal adopts a light touch approach to KPIs. As an office, we work collaboratively and encourage open discussion on recruitment processes, regardless of senority. As such, opinions and suggestions are encouraged. Outside of the office, we are sociable, regularly entertain clients and we often go out as a team. We have an achievable group holiday target and previously been to New York, Berlin and most recently Sardinia. There is also a personal holiday target for the month in which the successful consultant are rewarded with expense paid trip to Portugal as detailed below.

We also regularly work on in-house roles with FTSE/Fortune Companies. In terms of clients per consultant, you will be well insured against fluctuations in the market – we continue to be instructed on more jobs than we are able to resource – a nice problem to have!

Ideally you will have a 2:1 Hons LLB from a Russell Group University, or have completed the Graduate Diploma in Law. Recruitment experience is certainly highly desirable, as is experience practising as a lawyer, but by no means pre-requisite or of primary importance. We are more interested in character, attitude, desire and potential. Individuals who share our passion, intelligence and drive are of the greatest interest to Noble Legal.

For those entering legal recruitment for the first time, please note it is a highly rewarding and lucrative business. It is a fun and dynamic working environment, but it is not an easy job, especially the first 6 months to 1 year.   • Competitive and above average Base Salary
  • Generous (and very clear) market beating commission structure and annual bonus incentives
