I have recently accepted an offer to join the corporate department of a Top 10 UK firm in their Hong Kong office. Dan Smith of Noble Legal provided an excellent service throughout. Firstly, he met with me for an hour to get to know me better and to give me some helpful advice about the firm’s recruitment process. Subsequently, he provided a considerable amount of very useful information about the firm, office, department and personalities involved at each stage of the process. The aspects of Noble’s service which I most appreciated were firstly the fact that they would not contact me about opportunities which did not meet my criteria and took time to get to know me and understand the type of role that I was interested in and that was best suited to me. All too often recruitment consultants will continue to call about the sorts of jobs that don’t fit the description you’ve provided, which is irritating. This doesn’t happen with Noble. Secondly, they are trustworthy. Trustworthy in that you won’t find the market flooded with your CV without your permission and trustworthy in that you are always under the impression that your best interests are being kept at the forefront of their discussions with their client. Finally, the Noble team are a thoroughly pleasant group of people and a real pleasure to work with while simultaneously being true professionals in their practice and reassuringly well versed in the industry.

I arrived in London without a job. I had trained outside of the city. I had previously been trying to obtain a job through a recruitment consultant outside of London with no success. My CV was going to firms but apparently not to the right firms or the right people at the right firms. I decided to try recruitment consultants in London. After speaking to several other well known recruitment agencies I came across Noble Legal because of their carefully targeted marketing. I chose Noble Legal over the other bigger consultancies because of their positive approach and their can do attitude over the telephone in our first meeting.
